Please keep in mind that this is one persons opinion and I'm not telling you to run out there and tell your boss to shove it, it does not really work out that well if you do that without fore-planning. Let's look at you, do you dread going in to work every day? Do you dislike some or many of the people you have to work alongside of? Is it you that is hard to get along with or do you have truly valid reasons for your dislike? Reasons to quit your job have to be looked at closely, let's get down to it!
- Do you feel there is favoritism going on and others seem to get away with nearly anything? What are some of the examples of that?
- Is it quite obvious that there are others who are in the same position as you who are given preferential treatment? Even if you far outperform the other individual?
- Do you do your best to get along with everyone even if they do several things in a day that leave you feeling slighted?
